Terms of Service
Effective 25 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Pixelverse Mail (the “Service”), operated by Perspective Global Pty Ltd (ACN 697 873 368) (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
These are Service Terms under the Perspective Global Terms of Service, which also apply. Where the two differ, these Terms govern the Service. A separately signed agreement with the Company prevails for its subject matter.
Access and accounts
The Service is provided to Pixelverse clients and their teams. Workspaces are created by the Company, and other users join by invitation. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.
Workspace owners and administrators control membership, roles, inboxes and settings, and may see activity within their workspace. Guests have the limited access granted to them. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Email addresses
Inbox addresses on emails.pixelverse.tech, or on other domains we connect for you, are provisioned and administered by the Company. They remain under our control and may be renamed, suspended or removed where reasonably necessary, including at the end of an engagement.
We aim for reliable delivery but cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, received, or not filtered as spam by a recipient's provider.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful business correspondence. You must not:
- send unsolicited commercial messages or otherwise breach the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or equivalent laws;
- send phishing, malware, deceptive or impersonating messages, or misrepresent who a message is from;
- send material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringes another person’s rights;
- attempt to access workspaces, inboxes or data you have not been granted; or
- interfere with the Service, bypass its limits, or harm its sending reputation.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend sending or access where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Service, our domains or other people.
Your content
You and your organisation retain ownership of the messages, attachments, notes and other material submitted through the Service ("Your Content"). You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and process Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and support the Service and to comply with law. Keep independent copies of anything you need to retain; to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of Your Content.
AI features
The Service includes optional AI features that triage conversations, draft replies and answer questions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send or rely on it.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Clerk, Resend, OpenAI and Vercel. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, which may be subject to their own terms.
Fees
Any fees for the Service are as set out in your engagement, proposal or order with the Company. Where no fee has been agreed, the Service is provided as part of that engagement and may be withdrawn when it ends.
Changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available indefinitely.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties that may lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of AUD $100 and the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if continuing to provide the Service is no longer reasonably practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. Before starting formal proceedings, each party should give written notice of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
